We stand behind the quality of our premium adjustable dumbbells and offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your NÜOBELL purchase, we are here to help you process a return or exchange quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the NÜOBELL weights and cradles back into their original heavy-duty boxes with all protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
